Robert Sartin Named as New Administrative Member of Lexington Office

February 6, 2008 (Lexington, KY) – Frost Brown Todd LLC is pleased to announce that Robert Sartin has been named the new Administrative Member of the Lexington Office, and as such will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office. Robert is also head of the Commercial Transactions and Real Estate Practice in Lexington and serves on the Firm’s Strategic Planning Committee. 

Mr. Sartin concentrates his practice in commercial transactions, bankruptcy and restructuring law, mergers and acquisitions and tax law. His experience includes the representation of companies in connection with a wide variety of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, strategic alliances, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and debt transactions. Additionally, Mr. Sartin represents debtors in possession, creditors committees, and institutional creditors, in various capacities in a wide variety of bankruptcy cases.
