Frost Brown Todd is pleased to announce that attorneys Adam P. Hall and Charles E. Schroer have been named BTI Client Service All-Stars. Mr. Hall and Mr. Schroer are two of only 165 attorneys recognized out of 112 law firms. This is the third time Mr. Hall has been named an All-Star as he was also identified in 2008 and 2004. The only possible path to The BTI Client Service All-Stars is an unprompted, unequivocal recommendation from corporate counsel. This means that corporate counsel are impressed by The BTI Client Service All-Stars’ ability to take a position, proffer creative solutions and outline prospective scenarios for moving ahead.
The BTI Client Service All-Stars were the first to define new tactics to reduce costs, revisit staffing and billing strategies at their firms, and even analyze litigation portfolios with an eye towards risk and cost reduction. Frost Brown Todd is one of 25 firms to be home to two Client Service All-Stars. BTI interviewed 240 corporate counsel from large and Fortune 1000 companies, spanning more than 15 industries. Over 50% of the interviews were conducted with General Counsel and Chief Legal Officers.
Recently, Frost Brown Todd was recognized by mid and large sized companies as one of the nation’s top 30 law firms in client service, an annual ranking published by BTI Consulting Group Inc. In announcing the survey results, BTI reported that, “Clients lauded the firm for the quality of its counsel and service, its competitive rates and its willingness to invest in and train top-notch legal talent.”
