Kai Bitter

Senior Associate

Kai is a Senior Associate in the International Services Group of our Corporate Department.  His practice is concentrated on international business transactions and other corporate matters.  Admitted as a lawyer in Germany, Kai has launched a German desk in our Cincinnati office that offers the services of a full-service German law firm in cooperation with our alliance partner Wahlert Rechtsanwälte, a law firm located in Stuttgart, Germany. 

Prior to joining our firm, Kai practiced in the corporate departments of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Baker & McKenzie in Germany where he focused on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets (especially IPOs) and company restructurings. He graduated from his law school in Muenster/Germany in 2000 and received a post-graduate degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law the following year. 

Kai is not licensed in Ohio.
