Bridget H. Papalia concentrates her practice litigating complex business matters, including claims alleging self-dealing, deceptive trade practices, unfair competition and other business torts. She has represented clients ranging from start ups to Fortune 500 corporations. Ms. Papalia also has substantial experience representing clients in highly regulated industries, including banking, tobacco, and energy and natural resources. In addition to representing clients before both the trial and appellate courts, Ms. Papalia has handled litigation before arbitration panels and through the administrative process.

Represented LLC and its Members in a contract dispute involving buy-out provision of Operating Agreement governing LLC's relationship with other members of a joint venture.

Represented owner of a liquid gas pipeline in suit filed by multiple plaintiffs claiming over $500 million in compensatory and punitive damages due to explosion.

Represented tobacco manufacturer in disputes arising out of alleged violations of the Master Settlement Agreement and advertising practices.

Defended distributor against claims of unfair trade practices and trade secret claims.

Represented software manufacturer with over $1 billion in revenue per year against claims arising out of alleged defects in software.

Represented multiple clients in actions related to enforcement of non-compete and confidentiality agreements with former employees.

Represented large regional bank in class action arising out of offering of stock to deposit holders.
