Additionally, he is a frequent contributor to Business First, the Louisville business newspaper and to Frost Brown Todd’s internal publications. His works include: "New Markets Tax Credit: A Major Investment Tool" and "Incentives: The Kentucky Advantage" both appearing in Business First.
