Corporate Paralegal 

Frost Brown Todd LLC, a prestigious law firm of 900+ legal professionals and staff in eleven offices located throughout the Midwest is currently searching for a Corporate Paralegal. This position will provide paralegal assistance to the corporate attorneys in the Louisville, Lexington, Nashville, Cincinnati and Columbus Offices as needed and the position can be located in either of these offices.

The duties of this Corporate Paralegal will include, but are not limited to, preparing and filing articles of incorporation/organization, state qualifications and organizational and related documents.  Individual will draft consents, file amendments, and prepare merger documents, annual reports, etc.  Individual will conduct UCC searches and filings.  This paralegal will be responsible for organizing documents and closing books regarding corporate transactions such as acquisitions and mergers and assist with preparation of Blue Sky filings. Individual will prepare stock option agreements and stock certificates.

Part-time Resource Legal Secretary

Frost Brown Todd LLC, a regional law firm of 900+ legal professionals and staff in eleven offices located throughout the mid-west, is currently search for Part-Time Resource Legal Secretary to join its Cincinnati office. This position will provide secretarial assistance to the attorneys when their secretaries are out of the office, as well as provide assistance to other legal secretaries during the day as needed in time crunch situations, special projects, etc. A minimum of five years of previous legal experience in both corporate and litigation law is preferred.  This position will work 3 days per week with Monday being a mandatory day and two other days between Tuesday and Thursday.

The position requires an experienced legal secretary with exceptional skills, including excellent administrative, communication and organizational skills. The team player we seek must possess exceptional MS Word (65 wpm), grammar, spelling, proofreading and attention to detail skills. This individual must also have the ability to handle multiple tasks and become an integral part of client service. The position requires the ability to work well individually or in a team environment and someone who considers themselves a problem solver.  Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude is of vital importance to our environment and specifically in this support role. Professionalism, maturity and flexibility are a must.

IP Legal Secretary

This position will support trademark and copyright lawyers who only handle trademark and copyright matters, including the prosecution of federal applications and associated enforcement activities, including litigation.  Three to five years of previous experience in Intellectual Property law and/or Litigation is preferred. 

The position requires an experienced legal secretary with strong commercial litigation experience, exceptional administrative, communication and organizational skills. This individual must also have the ability to handle multiple tasks, willingness to learn, and become an integral part of client services.
