Resource Legal Secretary

Frost Brown Todd LLC, a regional law firm of 900+ legal professionals and staff in 12 offices located throughout mid-America, Dallas, TX and Pittsburgh, PA is currently searching for a Resource Legal Secretary to join its Cincinnati office. This position will provide secretarial assistance to the attorneys when their secretaries are out of the office, as well as provide assistance to other legal secretaries during the day as needed in time crunch situations, special projects, etc. A minimum of five years of previous legal experience in both corporate and litigation law is preferred. This position will work Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The position requires an experienced legal secretary with exceptional skills, including excellent administrative, communication and organizational skills. Software Engineer

The Software Engineer is responsible for design, implementation, and support of software solutions for the firm using advanced programming skills. We are looking for an entry to mid-level programmer with a good understanding of databases. A background in Financial and Accounting applications would be a big plus. Legal experience preferred but not required. You will be part of a small team of highly motivated developers and project managers supporting hundreds of attorneys across twelve offices. Being a team player and having excellent communication skills are more than just recruiting buzzwords. You must have the interpersonal skills necessary to maintain effective relationships with attorneys, clients and staff whether in person, via e-mail, or by telephone.
