This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office with respect to personnel and facilities management. Candidates must have 5+ years of management experience with emphasis on daily operations, staff administration, and employee relations. Law firm experience preferred. Excellent management, communication, organizational and independent judgment skills are required.

Job Description

Frost Brown Todd, a regional law firm of 900+ legal professionals and staff in nine offices located in the mid-west, is currently searching for a Project Assistant for its Lexington, Kentucky Office. A minimum of two years of working in a legal environment is preferred. 

The Project Assistant will assist paralegals and attorney by performing both billable and clerical work.  There will be a billable goal for this position that will roughly equal 50% of their time. These tasks include but are not limited to document organization, document preparation, filing, copying, data entry, tracking, researching, performing tasks on the electronic Court filing systems, as well as typing and/or manual labor.
