Junior Software Engineer

Frost Brown Todd LLC, a regional law firm of 900+ legal professionals and staff in eleven offices located throughout the Midwest, is currently searching for a Junior Software Engineer to join its Cincinnati, Ohio office.

The Junior Software Engineer is responsible for design, implementation, and support of software solutions for the firm using advanced programming skills.  We are looking for an entry to mid-level programmer with a good understanding of databases.  A background in Financial and Accounting applications would be a big plus.  Legal experience preferred but not required.  You will be part of a small team of highly motivated developers and project managers supporting hundreds of attorneys across eleven offices in nine cities in the region.  Being a team player and having excellent communication skills are more than just recruiting buzzwords.  You must have the interpersonal skills necessary to maintain effective relationships with attorneys, clients and staff whether in person, via e-mail, or by telephone.  We are seeking someone with the personal and professional work ethic necessary to thrive in a sometimes challenging but always interesting environment.
