Administrative/Events Assistant

Frost Brown Todd, a regional law firm of 900+ legal professionals and staff in ten offices located in the mid-west, is currently searching for an Administrative/Events Assistant that can be located in either the Firm’s Cincinnati Office or their Louisville Office.  This position will report to the Chief Business Development Officer and work closely with the Business Development Directors /Associates, Director of Firm and Client Communications, and the Events and Sponsorships Coordinator.  Responsibilities include assisting in planning and executing client meetings and events and supporting sponsorship participation on behalf of the firm, as well as assisting with the logistics involved with each event. In addition, this role is responsible for administrative support to the department, but primarily supporting the Chief Business Development Officer.

Business Development Associate

Frost Brown Todd, a regional law firm of 900+ legal professionals and staff in ten offices located in the mid-west, is currently searching for two Business Development Associates.  These positions will be filled in the Firm’s Indianapolis Office and the Columbus Office. The Business Development Associate will be primarily responsible for developing and supporting tactics and activities associated with execution of the practice group and office goals and objectives.  This includes various data management, directory listing maintenance and award submission generation.  Support will include organization and tracking of attorney information, report generation, production of various profiles, submissions and survey responses, facilitation of assisting legal staff and updating website biographies and assisting in administration of office and practice group budgets as assigned.

Legal Secretary - Litigation

Frost Brown Todd, a regional law firm of 950+ legal professionals and staff in ten offices located in the mid-west, is currently searching for a legal secretary to join the Litigation Department in its Columbus, Ohio Office. A minimum of five years of previous legal experience is preferred.

The position requires an experienced legal secretary with exceptional skills, including excellent administrative, communication and organizational skills. The candidate should have previous experience with assisting attorneys with trial preparation, document management and organization of trial binders. The candidate must have experience with electronic filing in state and federal courts. The team player we seek must possess exceptional MS Word (65 wpm) and intermediate level MS Excel skills, as well as, exceptional grammar, spelling, proofreading and attention to detail skills. This individual must also have the ability to handle multiple tasks and become an integral part of client service. The position requires the ability to work well individually or in a team environment. Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude is of equal importance to our environment. Conflict Specialist
