Part-time Resource Legal Secretary

Frost Brown Todd LLC, a regional law firm of 900+ legal professionals and staff in eleven offices located throughout the mid-west, is currently search for Part-Time Resource Legal Secretary to join its Cincinnati office. This position will provide secretarial assistance to the attorneys when their secretaries are out of the office, as well as provide assistance to other legal secretaries during the day as needed in time crunch situations, special projects, etc. A minimum of five years of previous legal experience in both corporate and litigation law is preferred.  This position will work 3 days per week with Monday being a mandatory day and two other days between Tuesday and Thursday.

The position requires an experienced legal secretary with exceptional skills, including excellent administrative, communication and organizational skills. The team player we seek must possess exceptional MS Word (65 wpm), grammar, spelling, proofreading and attention to detail skills. This individual must also have the ability to handle multiple tasks and become an integral part of client service. The position requires the ability to work well individually or in a team environment and someone who considers themselves a problem solver.  Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude is of vital importance to our environment and specifically in this support role. Professionalism, maturity and flexibility are a must.

Records Center Assistant

Frost Brown Todd LLC, a regional law firm of 900 + legal professionals and staff in eleven offices located throughout the mid-west, is currently searching for a Records Center Assistant in our Cincinnati Office. This individual will be responsible for a variety of duties which include preparing files, retrieving and shelving files as well as handling the database administration of all on-site and off-site files.  The individual may assist support staff with routine filing and other file related projects as needed.  This position will also be cross-trained as back up for the front desk.  At least 1-2 years of experience in a professional office setting required and previous experience with records management a plus but not required.  We seek a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to maintain effective relationships with attorneys, clients and staff whether in person, via email, or by telephone.

Junior Software Engineer

Frost Brown Todd LLC, a regional law firm of 900+ legal professionals and staff in eleven offices located throughout the Midwest, is currently searching for a Junior Software Engineer to join its Cincinnati, Ohio office.

The Junior Software Engineer is responsible for design, implementation, and support of software solutions for the firm using advanced programming skills.  We are looking for an entry to mid-level programmer with a good understanding of databases.  A background in Financial and Accounting applications would be a big plus.  Legal experience preferred but not required.  You will be part of a small team of highly motivated developers and project managers supporting hundreds of attorneys across eleven offices in nine cities in the region.  Being a team player and having excellent communication skills are more than just recruiting buzzwords.  You must have the interpersonal skills necessary to maintain effective relationships with attorneys, clients and staff whether in person, via e-mail, or by telephone.  We are seeking someone with the personal and professional work ethic necessary to thrive in a sometimes challenging but always interesting environment.

Frost Brown Todd LLC, a prestigious law firm of 900+ legal professionals and staff in eleven offices located throughout the Midwest is currently searching for a Corporate Paralegal for their Lexington Office.  The duties of this Corporate Paralegal will include, but are not limited to, preparing and filing articles of incorporation/organization, state qualifications and organizational and related documents.  Individual will draft consents, file amendments, and prepare merger documents, annual reports, etc.  Individual will conduct UCC searches and filings.  This paralegal will be responsible for organizing documents and closing books regarding corporate transactions such as acquisitions and mergers and assist with preparation of Blue Sky filings. Individual will prepare stock option agreements and stock certificates.
