Your decision on what career path to take is an important one to both you and Frost Brown Todd. The options and opportunities available to both law students and practicing attorneys have never been so diverse or numerous. In the final analysis, a law firm stands or falls on the quality of its lawyers. At Frost Brown Todd, the Recruiting Program is the life blood of our Firm. We take pride in our commitment to quality, diversity and congeniality.

Frost Brown Todd is looking for talented, motivated individuals who are bright, exhibit high standards of ethical conduct and performance, possess exceptional communication and leadership skills, demonstrate a commitment to their communities and have other characteristics that indicate a potential for success in the practice of law. Academic success is an important aspect in the selection process, but it does not stand alone. Qualities such as energy, determination, integrity, good judgment, demonstrated personal accomplishments and enthusiasm for helping clients and serving the community are also valued and considered.
Starting Out
Your first step is your most important. Matching our needs and your interests is critical to both the success of your career and the strength of our Firm. The objective of Frost Brown Todd's recruitment of law students and its Summer Associate Program is to establish relationships with future Associates and Members which promise the greatest mutual benefit.
Mid-Course Change
Often an attorney's interests evolve and his or her current career path does not offer the challenge and opportunities it once did. At Frost Brown Todd, we frequently seek experienced candidates from private practice, judicial clerkships, government service and corporate legal departments when we wish to expand or supplement specific areas of our practice.
Our needs may be a fit with your experience as well as your professional and personal goals. Membership track Associate positions can accommodate attorneys seeking reduced billable hour goals or part-time arrangements.
Commitment To Diversity
Frost Brown Todd is committed to building and maintaining a diverse work environment. Our Firm is committed to employing persons best qualified for all employment opportunities without regard to race, color, national origin, age (40 and over), religion, sex, sexual orientation or preference, gender identity, marital status, disability, or veteran status. We comply with all applicable laws addressing equal employment opportunity.
