Named Chair of Women's Initiative

Frost Brown Todd member, Kimberly K. Mauer, has recently been named Chair of the firm’s Women’s Initiative. The mission of the Women’s Initiative is consistent with our firm’s diversity mission:  to work towards an inclusive environment where everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed. Through the initiative, FBT’s female attorneys receive the guidance and direction they need to develop client service strategies and attorney-client relationships that produce long-term benefits for the law firm. The initiative also assists women within the firm to collaborate and foster mentoring relationships. With a new perspective from Kim, as well as great recruitment efforts, the Women’s Initiative will soar to even greater heights this year.

For 2013, the Women’s Initiative also welcomed the addition of six new members to the steering committee for 2013, including Lindsay Baker, Keeana Boarman, Tanya Bowman, Lynda Hill, Shannah Morris, and Amy Wilson. Kim replaces Julia Blackwell Gelinas as Chair.
