Craig Greenberg is an attorney with Frost Brown Todd LLC and is responsible for developing the Firm’s ancillary business initiatives. In that role, Craig manages an initiative dedicated to securing and deploying New Markets Tax Credit investments. In the past year, Craig has helped raise and invest over $100 million in low-income communities in Kentucky and across the country utilizing this federal tax credit program. Craig is also a member of the development team of Museum Plaza, a planned 1.2 million square foot, 61 story, $380 million mixed-use development on Louisville's waterfront.
