Catherine Ann Reed

Senior Associate

Ms. Reed is a Senior Associate in the Labor and Employment Group.  Ms. Reed represents clients with respect to a variety of Labor and Employment issues.  Specifically, she has experience preparing and reviewing Affirmative Action Plans and providing counsel regarding OFCCP compliance and audits.  She also has experience negotiating labor contracts, arbitrating grievances, representing employers in proceedings before The National Labor Relations Board, and assisting employers in preparing for and during labor disputes.  She has also represented employers with respect to claims under Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act and Equal Pay Act, and various state employment laws.  As a member of the Global Personnel Group and the International Services Group, she is prepared to assist clients with global recruiting and employment.
