Cincinnati, OH – April 7, 2009 – Frost Brown Todd announced that David G. Krall has joined the Firm as a Partner. Krall joins Frost Brown Todd in the corporate department with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, corporate governance and financial restructuring. Krall also counsels on general corporate matters.
Krall was previously General Counsel of EaglePicher Incorporated, a $750 million diversified international manufacturing company with operations in a dozen industries. Some of his capabilities include: developing strategies and structures for acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures, including multinational joint ventures; negotiating credit facilities and public debt offerings; advising clients on corporate governance and corporate compliance programs, bankruptcy and corporate restructuring.

In addition to his law practice, Krall spent the past five years on the Board of Directors for Living Arrangements for the Developmentally Disabled (LADD). The mission of this non-profit organization is to support adults with developmental disabilities so they lead a full life by providing community based services, person by person, that will maximize individual development, community inclusion, independence, and their contribution to the society in which they live.
Krall is admitted to practice law in Ohio and will be based in Frost Brown Todd’s Cincinnati office. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia after completing his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, magna cum laude.
