Mr. Bence is a Member of the Firm and his practice is focused on three primary areas: Commercial Transactions, Aviation Finance, and Corporate/Business. David has extensive experience representing both lenders and borrowers on financing transactions, including revolving credit and term loan facilities, secured and unsecured working capital lines, multi-bank syndicated loans, bond financings enhanced by letters of credit, loan assumptions, and real property loans. He also regularly advises manufacturing companies, distributors and service providers on a wide range of commercial matters, including product sales and distribution, consignment arrangements, warranties and warranty claims, maintenance agreements and consulting agreements. In the corporate area, David has negotiated and documented numerous acquisition and divestiture transactions in the telecommunications, manufacturing and service industries.
Mr. Bence also regularly practices in the area of aviation finance, including mortgage financing and operating leases of aircraft, aircraft engines, and aviation parts. He represents aircraft owners and operators in domestic and cross-border purchases, sales, financing and leasing of aircraft and related assets.
