Doug Dennis is a member in the litigation department of Frost Brown Todd LLC, focused on appellate advocacy, products liability, ERISA and insurance defense.
Doug has been lead counsel in over 20 ERISA litigation cases for fortune 500 companies.
Doug has worked extensively on drug defense litigation and discovery in Phen-fen MDL litigation, Rezulin MDL litigation, and Thimerosal litigation.
Doug has briefed and argued many appeals in the Ohio appellate courts and the United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. Doug writes West's Ohio Appellate Practice Handbook with Judge Mark P. Painter and has chaired the Ohio State Bar Association Appellate Committee and Cincinnati Bar Association Appellate Committee.
