David L. Hoskins is a Member of Frost Brown Todd LLC.
He grew up in Hurricane, West Virginia.
He received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky in 1991.
He then worked as a tax accountant for Arthur Andersen in Cincinnati, Ohio for two years.
He thereafter attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law and graduated in 1996.
He then went to work as an associate in the Labor and Employment Department of Brown Todd & Heyburn PLLC (predecessor firm of Frost Brown Todd LLC). He became a Member of the firm in 2002.
He lives in Oldham County with his wife and three children. Aside from being with his family, he enjoys spending his off time exercising, playing golf, and fishing.
Since 2002, approximately 80% of his practice has concerned traditional labor law matters, e.g. responding to unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, grievance advice, arbitrations, and injunctions. The other 20% of his practice has concerned employment law matters, e.g. responding to discrimination/harassment charges/allegations, litigating such claims, and providing general advice and counsel. Prior to 2002, the mix of his practice was reversed.
