Director of Diversity and Inclusion

Kim Amrine is a member of the firm and holds the position of Frost Brown Todd's Director of Diversity and Inclusion.  In that capacity, at least 1,200 of her hours per year are to be devoted to the firm's inclusion initiatives.   

Kim previously served as an associate with Frost Brown Todd in its Complex Business and Advertising Law practice groups.  She was promoted to member in 2006, the same year she was appointed as the firm's Director of Diversity.

As the Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Kim works directly with the firm's Chief Executive Officer along with practice group leaders, department chairs, and advancement and recruiting to implement our inclusion initiatives on a firm-wide basis.  Kim also collaborates with corporate clients on diversity initiatives.  She manages the firm's external outreach programs that help to feed the pipeline in our communities.  She also sits on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee, which directs the firm in promoting practices and procedures favorable to the recruitment, retention, community involvement and professional advancement and elevation of a diverse team at the firm.
