Denise H. McClelland is a Member of Frost Brown Todd LLC and concentrates her practice in the area of commercial litigation. She has served as trial counsel on a variety of claims, ranging from lender liability to construction problems to wrongful death to commercial foreclosures. Ms. McClelland represents companies in unfair competition and fiduciary disputes involving trade secrets, non-compete agreements, trustee obligations and director/shareholder relations. Ms. McClelland also represents parties in a variety of securities/customer complaints and is an approved NASD arbitrator.
Ms. McClelland also advises clients in the media and advertising industry.
