Dan L. Owens has an extensive thirty year background in Immigration and Nationality Law. He has practiced extensively both in U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service offices throughout the U.S., and before a number of U.S. Consular posts overseas, representing the interests of both individuals and U.S. businesses and universities which employ foreign nationals. A significant portion of his practice involves representing foreign medical graduates and the health care providers employing them.
