Mr. Edward Receski is a Member in the Lexington office of Frost Brown Todd LLC. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Receski was a Partner of Sawyer & Glancy PLLC, practicing in commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, equine law, real estate law, and bank lending. His experience includes the representation of companies in connection with a wide variety of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial loans, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, real estate and equine transactions.
Prior to joining Sawyer & Glancy, Mr. Receski practiced with the law firm of Greenebaum Doll & McDonald for six years and holds an inactive Certified Public Accountant license.
