Erica F. O'Brien

Associate

Erica O’Brien joined Frost Brown Todd in 2009, and currently practices in the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group. Her evolving practice focuses on complex business and commercial litigation.

Ms. O’Brien graduated cum laude from the Florida State University College of Law in 2009, where she acted as the Administrative Editor of the Florida State University’s Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law, and as an Executive Editor of the Business Review. In addition to these activities, she also served as a member of the Spanish American Law Students Association. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. O’Brien worked as a Summer Associate for the firm during the summer of 2008.

Ms. O’Brien is admitted to practice in the state of Ohio.
