Erwin Roberts has litigated cases in both state and federal courts in Kentucky. He has extensive trial experience as a former state and federal prosecutor. He has handled a broad spectrum of cases, including general business disputes, construction matters, contract disputes, arbitration, and white collar crime. He has prepared briefs and presented oral arguments for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Mr. Roberts also has significant experience at the highest level of state government in Kentucky, having served as a Cabinet Secretary, Cabinet Deputy Secretary, and Executive Director of Homeland Security. His state government experience includes policy, legislative and regulatory issues in Kentucky.
