Mr. McGavran is Of Counsel with Frost Brown Todd and practices in the litigation area. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state securities laws cases and in a variety of shareholder, business and corporate disputes.
He has represented pharmaceutical companies in defense of class actions and other product liability cases. He represents physicians in medical malpractice cases. He is admitted to practice in Ohioand Kentucky, The Supreme Court of the United States, the United StatesCourt of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio and Kentucky, and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
