Mr. Cowan chairs the Business and Commercial Litigation Practice Group and the Information Management and eDiscovery Practice Group. He has a broad litigation practice which includes the prosecution and defense of business torts, unfair competition claims, and other business litigation matters, including the representation of accounting firms, investment banks, and issuing companies in multi-party securities class actions.
