Mr. Cowan chairs the Frost Brown Todd LLC Business Litigation Practice Group. He has a broad litigation practice which includes the prosecution and defense of contract disputes, business torts, unfair competition claims, and other business litigation matters, including the representation of accounting firms, investment banks, and issuing companies in securities class actions, and the representation of debtors and creditors in adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court.
