Mr. Clark is Co-Chair of the firm's Commercial Transactions and Real Estate Department. Mr. Clark's practice includes representation of lenders, owners, investors, developers and managers in the acquisition, financing, disposition and development of commercial properties (office, retail, apartments, distribution, industrial properties, hotels, mineral interests and health care properties.) Mr. Clark regularly represents lenders and borrowers in secured credit arrangements involving real estate and other assets.

Mr. Clark also represents clients who purchase commercial properties for subsequent sales to tenants in common seeking to complete 1031 tax-free exchanges of real property. He represents developers and institutional investors in the development and acquisition of interests in Section 42 affordable housing tax credit projects. A former city planner, Mr. Clark represents developers and owners in zoning and subdivision matters in and around Jefferson County, Kentucky.
