Mr. Clark is Co-Chair of the firm's Commercial Transactions and Real Estate Department. Mr. Clark's practice includes representation of lenders, owners, investors, developers and managers in the acquisition, financing, disposition and development of commercial properties (office, retail, apartments, distribution, industrial properties, hotels, mineral interests and health care properties.) Mr. Clark assists lenders and borrowers in loan enforcement, workout and restructuring, and bankruptcy matters involving commercial real estate.
Mr. Clark represents developers and institutional investors in the development and acquisition of interests in Section 42 affordable housing tax credit projects. A former city planner, Mr. Clark represents developers and owners in zoning and subdivision matters in and around Jefferson County, Kentucky.
