Mr. Greenwell is a Member of Frost Brown Todd LLC and is the Chair of the Firm's Personal Planning and Family Business Department. Mr. Greenwell concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and charitable planning. Mr. Greenwell also represents individual and corporate executors and trustees as well as beneficiaries of estates and trusts. He represents clients with a broad range of personal and family needs, business planning and succession, all of which often involve sophisticated estate and gift tax issues.
