Jeffrey L. Hallos is a Member of Frost Brown Todd LLC and joined the Lexington office in January 1996. Before joining the Firm, he practiced in the Los Angeles and District of Columbia offices of Latham & Watkins, and opened and worked in its Hong Kong office.
Mr. Hallos is a Vice-Chair of the Firm's Corporate Department and a Co-Chair of the Firm's Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group. He has substantial experience representing buyers and sellers in connection with the purchase and sale of private and public companies. He also has significant experience representing lenders and borrowers in funding transactions involving the United States and foreign jurisdictions. Mr. Hallos works extensively on all stages of corporate and financial transactions, including structuring, negotiating, documenting and consummating such transactions.
