Mr. Krug is a Member of Frost Brown Todd LLC. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition and development, financing, leasing and construction contracting. He regularly represents clients in acquiring property for retail, multi-family, office and industrial uses and in creating entities (including LLCs) to own real estate. Mr. Krug has represented numerous owners and tenants in negotiating retail, office and industrial leases, including build-to-suit and anchor leases, and regularly represents financial institutions in construction loans and other real estate-based lending transactions.
He regularly assists clients in completing like-kind exchanges under the Internal Revenue Code. Mr. Krug is a licensed title insurance agent in the State of Ohio, and a Manager of the Firm’s title agency, Multi-State Title Agency, Ltd. He has significant experience negotiating and drafting construction-related agreements, including construction contracts, architect agreements, construction management agreements and design-build contracts.
