John W. Lewis

John W. Lewis is a Member of Frost Brown Todd LLC.  He concentrates his practice principally in the areas of  corporate and franchise/distribution law with an emphasis in the restaurant and hospitality industries.  In addition, he has a sizable agricultural and mineral commodities practice, and on limited basis handles complex litigation matters involving franchise or distribution issues.

Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Mr. Lewis was a partner with Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs in Nashville, Tennessee.  He also served as a Tennessee State Circuit Court Judge for the 20th Judicial District in the late 1980s.  In addition, Mr. Lewis had the unique experience of instructing students as a visiting lecturer on contract law at the University of East Anglia, England.

Mr. Lewis served as an officer with the 101st Airborne Division from 1972-1975.
