He represents financial institutions and other creditors in the litigation of debt instruments, issues arising under the Uniform Commercial Code, lender liability claims, foreclosures, receiverships, commercial collections, preference/fraudulent conveyance actions, assignments for the benefit of creditors, and eminent domain issues in the federal and state courts throughout Ohio and Kentucky.
