John S. Sawyer is of Counsel to the Firm's Lexington office. Prior to joining FBT, Mr. Sawyer started Sawyer & Glancy PLLC in 1997. Before starting Sawyer & Glancy, he practiced with the law firm of Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC for twenty years, as a partner for ten of those years. Mr. Sawyer concentrates his practice in transactional work such as bank financing, venture capital and start-up company structuring, bankruptcy and restructuring law.
Outside of the Firm, Mr. Sawyer has ownership interest in Sardinia Concrete Company, Monessen Hearth Systems Company, Vaughn Steel Company, LLC, Arcadia Steel, LLC, as well as several other companies.
