Mr. Teeters is a Member of Frost Brown Todd LLC and practices in the litigation area. He represents clients in a wide array of litigation matters with particular emphasis on trade secrets, covenants not to compete, and antitrust. Jeff has litigated dozens of trade secret/covenant not to compete cases, including successful bench and jury trials enforcing covenants not to compete. He has also counseled numerous businesses and individuals on trade secret, non-compete and related unfair competition issues outside of litigation. In addition, Jeff has recently defended healthcare antitrust actions and assisted hospitals and medical staff leadership in physician peer review and credentials hearings.
A large portion of Jeff's practice involves the litigation and resolution of injunctions. With experience in over 100 injunction hearings, Jeff has addressed injunctions in several contexts including trade secrets, employee non-compete agreements, employee disloyalty, conversion of assets, closure of facilities, real estate transactions, franchise disputes, and healthcare insurance coverage.
In 2005, 2006 and 2007, Jeff was selected as a "Rising Star" among Ohio attorneys by Ohio Lawyer magazine.
