Mr. Malof practices in the area of banking, commercial loan, real estate, and construction transactions. He counsels numerous banking institutions in commercial lending. He also works closely with real estate developers, builders, contractors and subcontractors on development, acquisition and construction matters. In addition, Mr. Malof represents numerous Ohio public entities and schools with regard to real estate and construction matters. Prior to the practice of law, he spent 10 years in the banking industry with significant experience in retail management and consumer and commercial lending.
