Mr. Sprecher is a Member in the Cincinnati and Florence, Kentucky offices of Frost Brown Todd LLC and practices in the intellectual property area. His practice encompasses a wide array of intellectual property matters, with particular emphasis on United States and international patent prosecution, strategic counseling as well as intellectual property licensing. Mr. Sprecher is experienced and proficient with respect to securing and exploiting U.S. and international patent rights. He represents and partners with numerous manufacturing clients with respect to their intellectual property needs and is particularly experienced with assisting corporate clients with the establishment and implementation of cost-effective and targeted intellectual property protection programs, developing and conducting intellectual property training programs, overseeing patent portfolio management and assisting clients with the creation and implementation of efficient intellectual property protection strategies. His practice includes a broad range of industrial, mechanical and electrical subject matter including pneumatic tools, elevators and escalators, medical devices, mining equipment, business methods and children's toys. Mr. Sprecher also has litigation experience and was on the team that successfully handled the important Warner-Jenkinson v. Hilton Davis case dealing with food colors and the doctrine of equivalents before the U.S. Supreme Court.
