Christopher J. Dutton

Associate

Chris Dutton is an Associate at Frost Brown Todd LLC. Chris practices in the Litigation Department and is a primary member of FBT's Construction Law Group. Mr. Dutton earned his undergraduate degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati. Before joining FBT, Mr. Dutton worked with architectural, engineering, specialty contracting, and claims consulting firms and with the Ohio EPA. His experience includes project management, project documentation, estimating, scheduling, project costing, and claims preparation.

Mr. Dutton has also been certified as a LEED Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Counsel and also as an Associate Constructor by the American Institute of Constructors.

Mr. Dutton represents contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and project owners in general litigation, bidding issues, mechanics' liens and collections, as well as delay, disruption, and defect claims.
