Mr. Griess is Of Counsel with Frost Brown Todd and practices in the Labor and Employment Department. He focuses on the representation of management in the arbitration of grievances under collective bargaining agreements, in matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act, and in the litigation of claims under federal and state employment laws, including Title VII, ADEA, ADA and FMLA. Mr. Griess represents employers before the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Ohio and Kentucky.
