Martin B. Tucker

Senior Associate

Mr. Tucker is a Senior Associate in the Lexington office of Frost Brown Todd LLC.  Mr. Tucker concentrates his practice primarily in all aspects of bankruptcy and restructuring law and creditor’s rights law.  Mr. Tucker’s experience includes the representation of banking institutions, commercial landlords, business entities and individuals regarding complex workouts, out-of-court restructurings, commercial and consumer bankruptcy cases and foreclosures, general business litigation and contract disputes.  Additionally, Mr. Tucker advises Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America, Inc. and its North American affiliates in matters involving troubled automobile part suppliers and related issues.   

 

Mr. Tucker’s experience is not limited to the representation of creditors.  Mr. Tucker represents and has represented numerous companies and individuals in complex commercial Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases and complex out-of-court restructurings and workouts.  Mr. Tucker’s debtor representations have included the representation of restaurant owners, franchisees, commercial property owners and similar interests.

 

Mr. Tucker’s practice also includes representation of clients in commercial transactions, business formation and general corporate practice.

 

Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd LLC, Mr. Tucker most recently practiced with the Lexington firm of Sawyer & Glancy PLLC.  Prior to joining Sawyer & Glancy PLLC, Mr. Tucker practiced with the firm of Forrest L. Ingram, P.C. in Chicago, Illinois.
