ACG Cincinnati names Thomas D. Anthony as 2009-2010 Chapter President

Thomas D. Anthony, a Partner at Frost Brown Todd, has been named President of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) for the Cincinnati chapter. In his role, Anthony will oversee the operations and special events of the ACG’s Cincinnati chapter.
Anthony commented, “It is truly an honor to have the opportunity to serve as President of ACG. Anthony’s legal practice at Frost Brown Todd focuses on healthcare, corporate transactions, general business, regulatory compliance, and joint ventures. Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Anthony was CEO of PacifiCare of Ohio, Inc., and served on the PacifiCare Senior Leadership Council. Anthony’s experience also includes his past role as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary for ChoiceCare, formerly Greater Cincinnati's largest health maintenance organization. As a member of the senior executive team for ChoiceCare, his legal responsibilities included ChoiceCare’s initial public offering and the $250 million merger with Humana.
