Frost Brown Todd acts as Lead Counsel in the Delaware Chapter 11 Filings of Six Cosmetics Manufacturing Companies
On January 20, 2010, Specialty Packaging Group, Inc. and five affiliates ("Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in Wilmington, Delaware. Frost Brown Todd is acting as lead counsel for the debtors in the bankruptcies. The cases are being co-chaired by Bobby Guy, a new addition to Frost Brown Todd in its Nashville, Tennessee office, and Ronald Gold, a partner in the Cincinnati, Ohio office.
