Frost Brown Todd Attorney Recognized in “Top 100 Labor Attorneys”

July 9, 2008 — (Louisville, Kentucky) The Labor Relations Institute (LRI) has recognized the accomplishments of the “Top One Hundred Labor Attorneys” in the United States for 2008, including FBT attorney John T. Lovett. Attorneys chosen for this elite list were selected from more than 8,700 labor lawyers evaluated by LRI.
The honor of “Top One Hundred” was determined by the number of National Labor Relations Board elections in which each attorney provided representation and the success of those election outcomes. Inclusion on the list represents the top 1% of labor attorneys in the country.
Lovett, practicing in the Firm’s Louisville office, is the only Charter Member of the American Employment Law Council. He is one of only 24 attorneys in the United States serving on the Council on a Union-Free Environment (CUE), an organization founded by the National Association of Manufacturers to help union-free companies solve their personnel problems. Lovett serves as Chairperson of CUE's Labor Lawyer Advisory Committee, and has written and presented extensively on Labor topics.
