Drone investment set to soar in Ohio

Every schoolchild knows the Wright Brothers perfected manned flight near Dayton. But despite their mastery of the engineering of flight, they were less successful at the business of manned aviation, in particular convincing investors to put capital into an unproven technology the public viewed as dangerous.

Today, many view unmanned aircraft systems, or drones, as similarly unproven, dangerous and potentially threatening to privacy. Fortunately, a number of business and legal professionals in Ohio are making sure our state is not left behind in the next great wave of aviation investment.
