Frost Brown Todd names new Cincinnati partners

One of Cincinnati's largest law firms has named two new partners to its local office, part of a wider election of four across the entire firm.

Frost Brown Todd named Neal Shah and Patrick Woodside to partnership in its Cincinnati office.

Shah is a member of the firm's labor and employment practice group where he represents employers in single plaintiff and class and collective action litigation. He advises clients on compliance with regulations on hiring, discipline, compensation, termination and other employment practices. He earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School.

Woodside practices in the finance and real estate group where he focuses on public finance, project finance, state law and federal tax issues associated with the issuance of taxable and tax-exempt bonds. He advises clients on economic development matters, public incentives and public-private partnerships. He earned his MBA and J.D. from Ohio State University.
