Leadership Louisville seeks new downtown HQ

The growing Leadership Louisville Center, long housed at 732 W. Main St., has outgrown its space and has announced that it is seeking a new headquarters in downtown Louisville, perhaps at some historic location.

The announcement came Tuesday at an annual Leadership Luncheon at the Louisville Marriott Downtown that was addressed by New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu. More than 1,000 people attended.

The organization wants to “grow from a center in philosophy to a center in practice,” said Cynthia Knapek, president of the Leadership Louisville Center.
