Service companies forced to regroup as energy slump lingers

You could tell business wasn’t the same at the All Star Sports Bar & Grill when owner Ken Butya finally put away the boot brush.

In the early days of the natural gas boom, drilling crews and construction workers flush with cash and expense accounts would come to the establishment at Southpointe Town Center each day after work, dirty and dusty, and have to use the brush to clean off their boots before heading in to eat and drink.
