We asked this year's Forty Under 40 class to describe themselves in six words.

The task was inspired by the best-selling book “It All Changed in an Instant” by Larry Smith and Rachel Fershleiser.

Their responses range from silly to serious and everything in between.

Learn more about all of our honorees in this week's edition of the Cincinnati Business Courier. The annual awards program recognizes young professionals in the Tri-State who have reached major milestones in their careers and also made significant contributions to the community. They come from professions as diverse as our own business community, from physicians and nonprofit leaders to startup owners and CEOs.

This year's winners were honored at a luncheon on Sept. 22 at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati.
