Ritu Singh Joins Frost Brown Todd’s Cincinnati IP Group

Frost Brown Todd LLC is pleased to announce that Ritu Singh has joined the firm as an associate in the Cincinnati office. Ritu has joined the Intellectual Property department where she focuses on patent prosecution in a variety of areas, including the mechanical, electrical and biomedical arts. 

“We are delighted to have Ritu join our team of intellectual property attorneys,” says Ann Schoen, Chair of the Intellectual Property department at Frost Brown Todd, “Her experience in the area of mechanical patent prosecution, particularly with medical device patent applications, will allow us to continue to expand our biomedical patent practice.”

Ritu has experience in preparing invalidity and infringement opinions, conducting freedom to operate and state-of-the art analysis, and practicing patent prosecution and application drafting in technologies including business methods, furniture systems, and medical devices.   Ritu also has experience in counseling clients in copyright and patent litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at Baker and Daniels LLP. 

Ritu graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2007 and received her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Economics at Northwestern University.
