Mekesha Montgomery Named Member-In-Charge of Nashville

Frost Brown Todd has named Mekesha H. Montgomery as Member-In-Charge of its Nashville office. As Member-In-Charge, Montgomery will be responsible for client development initiatives, civic and charitable involvement, and community outreach in the Nashville area.

Montgomery is a partner of Frost Brown Todd LLC and practices in the firm’s Labor and Employment Law practice group. She represents management in the areas of employment discrimination and wrongful discharge. She has successfully represented companies defending against class and collective actions. While Montgomery has established a strong reputation for her work defending companies in litigation, she has also used her tremendous training and experience to developed litigation-prevention strategies to help her clients continue to be proactive in their efforts to run successful businesses.

In addition to the Tennessee bar, Montgomery is also a member of the Ohio and Kentucky bars.

She also serves on the Firm’s Diversity and Steering Committees and has worked closely with firm management on the firm’s project management initiative as well as an initiative to formulate core competency models for associate evaluations.
