Jason M. Bergeron Joins Frost Brown Todd
Frost Brown Todd is pleased to announce Jason M. Bergeron has joined the firm’s Nashville office as a senior associate in the business litigation practice group. Mr. Bergeron represents corporations and individual clients in a range of commercial litigation matters. His trial experience inclues the representation of individuals and entities in a variety of state and federal court and administrative licensing proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bergeron was an associate at Lewis, King, Krieg & Waldrop, P.C. in Nashville, where he maintained a state and federal court practice representing governmental entities and private companies in civil rights, employment discrimination, and contract disputes. He also advised dozens of public boards of education clients on a daily basis regarding a myriad of governance and compliance issues.
