Project Finance Attorney Brings Practice to Frost Brown Todd’s Louisville Office
Amanda Lee England has joined Frost Brown Todd’s Louisville office in the Real Estate and Lending and Commercial Services practice groups. Prior to joining the firm, England was an associate with Dewey & LeBouef LLP in Washington D.C and New York City.
- England will assist in public-private partnership (P3) projects for clients of Frost Brown Todd, including political subdivisions, government entities, equity investors, investment banking firms, and consultants to the P3 industry.
- England will work with some of FBT’s highly sought after attorneys across their five-state footprint, such as David Rogers (Municipal Finance- Columbus), Tom Gableman (Construction- Cincinnati) and Barry Hines (Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities Team- Louisville).
England’s career has included practicing in New York City and Washington, D.C., where she gained valuable experience and insights into client’s needs on a national basis. While at her previous firm, England assisted in drafting and negotiating financing and project documents in connection with secured and acquisition financings of infrastructure and energy projects, as well as drafting and negotiating agreements and documentation related to P3 infrastructure transactions in the U.S. and Canada.
England graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was Secretary of the J.B. Moore Society of International Law and Articles Editor of the Virginia Journal of International Law. She received her undergraduate degree cum laude from Davidson College.
Currently, England is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and New York, and is applying for admission to the Kentucky Bar.
