Prominent Prosecuting Attorney Joins Frost Brown Todd

Martin C. Nobile has joined Frost Brown Todd’s Columbus office, where he will accompany a rapidly-expanding Government Services practice group.

Prior to his arrival at Frost Brown Todd, Nobile served was employed at the law firm of Ice Miller LLP where he was a full-time prosecuting attorney for the City of Dublin in both Franklin County Municipal Court and Dublin Mayor’s Court. He also served as the prosecuting attorney for the City of New Albany in New Albany Mayor’s Court and for the City of Grandview Heights in Franklin County Municipal Court. He will continue those responsibilities at Frost Brown Todd and will add the Village of Marble Cliff to his prosecutorial duties.

Nobile has also served as both a Columbus City Prosecutor and Franklin County Prosecutor in addition to spending three years as a criminal defense attorney at the law firm of Nobile and Thompson.

Nobile frequently lectures in the areas of Probable Cause, Search and Seizure and OVI for the Columbus, Dublin, Grove City and Grandview Heights Police Departments. He graduated with his juris doctor from Capital University Law School in 1992 where he won the American Jurisprudence Award in the field of Ethics and Responsibility.
